To register and maintain an Account with batvsa, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
batvsa reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension pending verification.
Each individual player is permitted to hold exactly one batvsa Account. Creating, operating, or benefiting from more than one Account — whether directly or through a third party — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts detected by batvsa will be closed without notice, and any Balance or Bonus Funds associated with those Accounts will be forfeited.
When registering your Account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. You must update this information promptly should any of it change. batvsa reserves the right to void winnings and close Accounts where registration information is found to be false, misleading, or incomplete.
batvsa operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your identity and confirm your eligibility to use the platform:
Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification has been completed to batvsa's satisfaction. batvsa may request re-verification at any time as part of its ongoing compliance obligations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your batvsa Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person under any circumstances.
batvsa will never contact you by email, live chat, or any other channel to request your password. Any communication purporting to be from batvsa that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to [email protected] immediately.
You must notify batvsa as soon as practicably possible if you become aware of, or suspect, any unauthorised access to your Account. batvsa accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials, or from your delay in reporting a suspected breach.
batvsa employs 256-bit SSL encryption and TLS 1.3 session protection on all platform communications. However, you acknowledge that no security system is infallible, and batvsa does not warrant that the platform is free from all security vulnerabilities at all times.
batvsa accepts deposits via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, and BRAC Bank. All deposits are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). batvsa does not accept deposits in any foreign currency without prior arrangement.
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200 per transaction. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Account and will be returned to the originating payment method, subject to any applicable processing fees charged by that method's provider.
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your batvsa Account balance in real time upon successful transaction confirmation. Deposits via Visa, Mastercard, or bank transfer may take up to one business day to appear in your Account, depending on the processing times of the relevant financial institution.
You may only deposit funds that legally belong to you. batvsa strictly prohibits the use of funds derived from illegal activity, funds belonging to third parties, or funds obtained through the use of stolen payment credentials. Deposits suspected to originate from prohibited sources will be flagged, and the Account will be suspended pending investigation.
A withdrawal request may only be submitted from an Account that has completed KYC verification as described in Section 4.3. Withdrawals requested prior to the completion of identity verification will be held pending the successful submission and review of all required documents.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. batvsa does not process withdrawals to payment methods that were not used for a deposit on the same Account, unless specifically authorised by batvsa's compliance team following a formal request.

These timeframes are targets and not guarantees. Delays may occur during periods of high demand or as a result of additional compliance checks. batvsa is not liable for delays attributable to third-party payment processors.
Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until all applicable Wagering Requirements have been satisfied in full. Only the real-money portion of your Balance that exceeds any active wagering obligation is available for withdrawal at any given time.
batvsa may, at its discretion, offer promotional bonuses, free spins, cashback awards, reload bonuses, or other incentive programmes to eligible Players. All such promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant offer, in addition to the general terms set out in this section.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion-specific terms, all Bonus Funds awarded by batvsa are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before becoming eligible for withdrawal. The wagering requirement, eligible games, and time limits applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered.
batvsa takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to: creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms; using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine play intent; and misrepresenting personal information to qualify for a promotion. Any Account found to have engaged in bonus abuse will be suspended and all associated Bonus Funds voided.
Bonus Funds and any associated free spins that are not used within the validity period specified in the promotion terms will expire and be removed from the Account automatically without notice or compensation.
All games available on the batvsa platform are operated using certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, through real-time physical game mechanics supervised by qualified dealers. Game outcomes are not influenced by batvsa, by any batvsa employee, or by any player action outside the normal mechanics of the relevant game.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round will be declared void and any stake placed will be returned to the Player's Account Balance. batvsa's decision in relation to technical malfunctions is final.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the batvsa platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law:

batvsa reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where batvsa reasonably believes that the Account has been used in breach of these Terms & Conditions, or where closure is required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations.
Where an Account is closed by batvsa for a reason other than breach of these Terms & Conditions, any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to the Player via the most recently used withdrawal method, less any applicable transaction fees. Bonus Funds are non-refundable upon Account closure.
Players who wish to close their batvsa Account voluntarily may do so by contacting [email protected]. Upon receipt of a closure request, batvsa will process any outstanding verified Balance within 5 business days, provided that all KYC requirements have been satisfied and no compliance holds are active on the Account.
All content on the batvsa platform, including but not limited to the batvsa brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and data compilations, is the exclusive intellectual property of batvsa or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the batvsa platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational purposes. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any batvsa content without express prior written consent from batvsa.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, batvsa's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising out of or related to the use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their batvsa Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
batvsa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or interruption of service, even if batvsa has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
batvsa does not guarantee the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, and technical issues beyond batvsa's reasonable control may affect platform availability from time to time. batvsa will use commercially reasonable efforts to restore service promptly in the event of any disruption.
batvsa collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with the batvsa Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating an Account and using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
batvsa will not sell, rent, or otherwise transfer your personal data to unaffiliated third parties without your consent, except where required by law, where necessary to process your transactions, or where such transfer is otherwise described in the Privacy Policy.
batvsa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a material change is made, batvsa will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice to Players via the email address registered to their Account or through a prominent notice on the platform.
The date of the most recent update to these Terms & Conditions is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the batvsa platform following the publication of any revised terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.3.
